American Credit Counseling Institute (ACCI) currently has 5 offices and 3 satellite offices in 8 different areas of Pennsylvania, serving people from all parts of the state. ACCI is approved by IRS to operate as a non-profit business under IRS 501 C (3) guidelines. ACCI has partnered and is approved by the Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Agency (PHFA) to offer counseling services in Pennsylvania.
ACCI housing counselors are certified by PHFA and other nationally recognized organizations. ACCI has adopted the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling and is approved as a provider for homeownership services and certified by the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling in Foreclosure Specialty.

The others are for the entire state of Pennsylvania.

The program is good for everyone, even for people that may not see homeownership in the near future.
This is not the regular home buyers program where the individual attends a few hours seminar and/or sit down with a counselor for 2 to 4 hours.
We split in 4 sessions and cover 2 modules (2 topics) each time.
This program involves group seminars and a number of hours of personal coaching, training, education, and counseling.
The program is good for everyone, even for people that may not see homeownership in the near future.
This is not the regular home buyers program where the individual attends a few hours seminar and/or sit down with a counselor for 2 to 4 hours.

This program involves group seminars and a number of hours of personal coaching, training, education, and counseling.
