Most people need help at various times of their lives navigating difficult situations or relationships. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. We aim to create an environment where our clients feel comfortable with us as they explore their current struggles.
We practice a collaborative form of therapy, requiring the active engagement of the therapist and our client. We bring a very empathic, non judgmental approach utilizing eclectic strategies to change unwanted patterns of behavior. Our goal is to empower you to take the initiative in making changes to the long-standing patterns of behavior that are no longer effective.
We have experience related to depression, anxiety, self esteem, trauma, domestic violence, relationships, and many other mental health areas. We treat children, teens, and adults who are ready for change.
