We are a group of trained professionals who are distinctively Christian and we believe that as we partner with our clients great things can happen. The number of sessions that will benefit you depends on the goals you have for therapy.
After you meet with your counselor the two of you will work together to address your concerns and move toward the growth and change that you desire.
Most people begin coming on a weekly basis at the beginning so that they can really focus on on the change they seek and taper off as they meet their goals.
But everyone is unique and you can discuss what works best for you with your counselor.
We believe that anyone willing to address the problems in their relationships has significant power to influence positive changes.

Play is a child's natural way of communicating and is their first language.
In play children communicate what has happened, is happening, or is wished to happen.
Toys are used as words and play is the language.
Play therapy allows children the opportunity to communicate to their counselor in their first and most comfortable language.
Extensive research has supported that play therapy is the most productive type of therapy for children aged 4-8.
Many parents believe their children don't "play" anymore and yet some of the research proven therapeutic benefit from play therapy is the unstructured opportunity for a child to create and express their inner thoughts and feelings with the specific therapeutic mediums offered.
