She received her Master's of Art Degree and Certificate in Counseling from Regent University of Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1993. She received her Bachelor's of Art Degree in Psychology from Concord College of West Virginia in 1990. Ms. Robinette was a Prison psychologist for five years, providing individual and group therapy to adult inmates. She served adults and adolescents on a Community Service Board as a Licensed Professional Counselor for five years.
She also assessed children and adults in various settings for inpatient admission. Sheila has been in private practice for 18 years. Gabrielle Pascual began her career working as an intern at Smithfield Christian Counseling.
