Foundations Behavioral Health, LLC helps families and individuals-from age 3 to 103-restore balance and stability to their lives. We provide timely, effective and research-based interventions to help clients achieve positive behavioral health goals and transformation. Foundations Behavioral Health, LLC believes that counseling is a journey of transformation utilizing self -awareness to modify thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Utilizing tenets of evidence based practice and multiple theoretical approaches, each client is engaged using his or her own strengths to facilitate life changes. The very essence of our counseling philosophy is a non- judgmental approach, empathic understanding, and unconditional positive regard for each client we work with. At Foundations Behavioral Health, we understand a solid foundation encourages you to face and overcome challenges-and ultimately succeed in life.
Services
We are a specialized team of licensed behavioral health professionals with more than 45 years of combined experience.
Our practice includes licensed alcohol and drug counselors, trauma-specific therapists, geriatric-informed therapists, and children-and family strength based therapists.
We are all certified by the state of Oklahoma to practice psychotherapy independently.
Our diverse experience allows us to use a variety of techniques and interventions to best meet each client's needs.
Foundations Behavioral Health, LLC is a certified provider for Medicare and Medicaid (SoonerCare).
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Advanced level Somatic Experiencing (SE) practitioner.
My beliefs are that healing is a journey and lies within each of us.
Therapy is a collaborative approach between therapist and client.
The therapist merely acts as a guide for the client to find the right path of healing.
My passion is to help others overcome life's challenges and come through with a renewed perspective and a stronger sense of self.
Somatic Experiencing therapy (SE) is a body focused trauma therapy created by Dr. Peter Levine.
Alisha Dinkins, LCSW a Claremore/Tulsa based behavioral health clinician, has been providing services to children, adults and families since 2011.
Alisha sees children, adults and families for various reasons including divorce, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, life changes, etc. Alisha's passion is to assist children, adults and families to create or rebuild balance.
Alisha sees children age 4-12.
Christian has a passion for people's stories.
In her person-centered approach to therapy, she works to construct a relationship of respect, empathy and safety.
She has had success working with a variety of issues including adjustment reactions including grief, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and trauma.
Christian earned two degrees from Oral Roberts University in Psychology and Marital and Family Therapy.
She went on to earn her License in Marital and Family Therapy (LMFT).
She has been a counselor for over a decade and has worked in the community mental health, inpatient and small practice settings.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of Oklahoma (LCSW).
I have over twenty years of combined experience working in the field of Social Work.
I have worked with individuals, families, and groups with diverse backgrounds.
I work with cultural sensitivity and eagerness to learn about your individual issues.
I will partner with you to help alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, PSTD, grief, and other life changing events.
I use a variety of approaches and attempt to use an approach that will work best for you.
