Lisa earned a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling.
She holds licenses for professional counseling in Montana, Colorado, Washington, and Ohio.
She has worked in the field of mental health since 2006 and has loved supervising numerous students working towards their own professional licensures.
Lisa works in partnership with her clients to develop and assess goals for treatment.
She utilizes a Client Centered Therapy approach, which means she treats her clients with unconditional, positive support and puts them at the center of treatment.
Therapy is surprisingly affordable and one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself.
Therapy is found to be an important service, therefore covered in part or full by most insurance companies.
Individual therapy sessions are $135.
Initial assessments are required when beginning therapy to give the clinician valuable information in getting to know you and your needs.
These are more comprehensive and often take longer.
The cost of the initial assessment is $200.
Group therapy ranges from $15-$35/session depending on the group focus and format.
