Maybe you've tried everything and are just ready to give up. Or maybe this is the first time you've built up the courage to reach out to someone for help. I offer a unique approach to helping people achieve their goals. Keep on reading to see if this approach is right for you! You probably don't even know that you are looking for neurofeedback as most people don't!

Do you experience anxiety that you wish would go away (heart races, body tightens up, shaky, or upset stomach)? Do you find yourself flying off the handle and wish you had better control over your emotions? Have you tried everything (medication, natural remedies, counseling) and still feel stuck? If you answered YES to any one of these questions, you are a great candidate for neurofeedback.

Weaving neurofeedback into counseling is what I do and have found this to be an effective approach. If my clinical experience proving the effectiveness of this approach isn't enough, there is plenty of literature and research out there finding the same results.

I hope you've found the information helpful and have a good understanding of what I do.
The following information will hopefully give you more insight into who I am and what I offer as finding a therapist isn't necessarily as easy as it seems.
And deciding on a neurofeedback specialist can also be difficult, because what's the difference in providers?
Finding the right therapist that you feel comfortable with and trust will help you reach your desired goals is essential.
Let me share a little more about the clients I tend to have the most success working with.
Is your child struggling with anxiety?
Are they asking to stay home from school, complaining of stomach aches, headaches, or not wanting to participate in social activities?
Maybe they have developed an intense fear of getting sick and vomiting, are afraid to stay home alone, or are extremely afraid of storms.
Does your child struggle to regulate their emotions appropriately for their age?
Are they having meltdowns, throwing temper tantrums or fighting with their siblings more than normal?
Or maybe they show little to no affection.
The first few years of life are crucial for brain development.
From 0-2 years the child is learning how to go from a regulated state to dysregulated and back again as caregivers attend to their basic needs.
Babies move from being comfortable to being frightened, hungry, wet, or cold causing dysregulation.
As the caregiver attends to the child's needs, the child moves back into a state of regulation.
This pattern of regulation, dysregulation to reregulation shapes the brain and is the foundation for secure attachment.
