Integrative Counseling is a unique blend of in-depth counseling and strategic coaching - offering both a safe haven to explore and a springboard for action. I bring compassion and commitment to help you find solutions that truly work for you, as you clarify challenging issues, create new options and experience relief and self-confidence in the process.

I especially invite individuals who have already been on the path for a while and would like a skilled ally in refining and deepening your journey, as well as couples who want to transform conflict into authentic connection with yourselves and each other. We will work together to find your way, not one imposed from the outside. With a full palette of cognitive, emotional and somatic approaches, we will discover the best "mix" for you in order to create more resilience in-the-moment as well as lasting change.

We meet by phone, Skype or Zoom for our first session, where we confirm our fit together, or I suggest to you other resources that can serve you even better.
Moving forward, "home-play" assignments between sessions regularly spark growth and inspiration, and I invite you to stay in contact through email and voicemail.
During our sessions, I will ask you the kinds of questions and listen in a way that helps you discover new perspective and strategies for action.
I will provide structure, feedback and authentic support to ensure that the shifts you make reflect your values and desires.
Individuals will access deeper self-awareness and acceptance which in turn creates an increased capacity to create and experience more satisfying lives.

Sessions can be thirty minutes to two hours, one time only to twice-weekly, by phone, Zoom or Skype.

Somatic counseling engages the body's wisdom as an internal compass and partner.
Since 1985, I have supported individuals, couples and groups in using mind-body approaches to face and resolve a variety of issues.
Additional studies in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness practices, Enneagram, Somatic Experiencing and the Hakomi Method.
In addition to my private practice, I also consult with organizations committed to bringing integrative approaches to their leaders and teams.
