Right now you are one step closer to a new you. One step closer to a world where you feel empowered, and are on a positive path to growth and well-being. As a Clinical Psychologist using solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential - to thrive not just survive! While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

By conducting a comprehensive evaluation of your current status, and applying complementary therapy approaches, we will unearth and modify long-standing behavior patterns, neurocognitive difficulties or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation, dealing with frustrating lack of success in important areas of life, or you're just ready to move in a new direction, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
