We believe that healthy relationships sustain healthy individuals. For the past 33 years, we have provided an enriching environment that fosters interpersonal healing and change. Our vision is to work collaboratively with our clients to create opportunities for growth and self-empowerment. We provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing difficulty with many of life's problems including mental and emotional concerns, addictions, and conflicts in relationships.

EFCC offers a variety of mental health services by skilled professionals with expertise in a wide range of specialties. We are able to offer a multidisciplinary team approach in order to best serve the personal needs of our clients.
Services
EFCC offers a wide variety of services, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, art therapy, and counseling with individuals, families and couples.
Individual psychotherapy, or "talk therapy, " is an empirically validated approach to alleviate suffering and mental health concerns.
Psychotherapy can help to reduce mental health symptoms that are having an unwanted impact in our lives while also helping us to understand ourselves better.
At EFCC, we offer therapy to address a wide range of concerns.
Dr. Haven specializes in marital psychotherapy, stress and anger management, and treatment of a full range of anxiety and depression problems.
He is especially skilled in assisting individuals and couples dealing with health concerns and illness.
He has also worked with individuals who struggle with non-aggressive sexual disorders e.g.

Good therapy involves a delicate balance of several factors.
The first and most important, obviously, is an understanding empathetic relationship.
Geri works with adults and couples and has had extensive experience in helping people who are suffering from depression and anxiety disorders, marital problems, divorce adjustment, grief and postpartum challenges.
She also has experience working with those living in relationships where there is an addiction.
Geri's past experience includes inpatient and community work with adolescent girls and their families, as well as adoption work, alcoholism and eating disorder treatment.
Geri also serves as the Administrative Director at EFCC.
Dawn works with children, adolescents and adults in individual and family therapy.
She has extensive experience in transitioning youth with cognitive and learning disabilities, as well as emotional/behavioral disabilities.
Dawn also specializes in women's issues pertaining to anxiety and depression.
She has an interest in treating families impacted by physical, mental, emotional, substance and sexual abuse.
Dawn has worked in a variety of settings, including mental health treatment centers, vocational rehabilitation settings and correctional facilities.
Betsy is a cognitive behavioral therapist working with individual adults and couples who are struggling with emotional, behavioral, or relational problems.
Betsy has training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma.
In addition, Betsy is a National Certified Counselor.
