TurnAround Counseling Services, LLC (TCS) offers a variety of solutions for the challenges people face daily. Individual, marriage and family counseling services are offered to adults, adolescents and children. We also offer Substance Abuse Assessment, Treatment, and Referral; Interventions; Parenting and Anger Management Classes; Drug & Alcohol Screening; Substance Abuse Evaluations for the Department of Transportation, as well as Psychological Testing.
TCS is the treatment provider for the Cullman County Drug Court program as well as a referral source for the Department of Human Resources, Court Referral, Probation and Parole, District Attorney's Office as well as other local organizations. Most insurances are accepted as well as Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Private Pay. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
Weekend and after-hours appointments are available for certain programs. As the owner and director of TCS I want to make sure that everyone receives services from an open, ethical, non-judgmental, and honest perspective.

The cost is $75 for the assessment and groups are $10 each.
Aftercare is free once you successfully complete our outpatient program.
Family members may also attend sessions with their loved one free of charge.
We can also refer clients to state-subsidized inpatient treatment, halfway houses, or detox programs at no extra charge once the assessment is completed.
