Chatterbox Counseling & Therapeutic Services
Seeking help can be one of the most difficult things that many people may have to face. Oftentimes, we find ourselves wanting to "go it alone" or feeling like reaching out for support is a weakness. This can sometimes cause us to suffer in silence and make our issues and emotions harder to bear. You have taken an incredible first step and I would be honored to help support you through your journey.

You're probably wondering, "What does that look like"? There are a lot of misconceptions about what therapy is and expectations of therapy. My role in therapy is not to give you advice or tell you what to do. My role involves offering a non-judgmental perspective regarding your life experiences and assisting you through decision making and the healing process.

My goal as a therapist is to help you fulfill your goals, sort through thoughts and feelings that have become unmanageable, and elicit desired change in your life. Be sure to visit both the Areas of Focus page and the Alternative Services page for more detail about my specialties.

As a Clinical Supervisor-Intern, I provide clinical supervision for LCAS-A's and CSAC's in North Carolina.
Clinical supervision is available for provisionally licensed addiction specialists (LCAS-A's) and certified substance abuse counselors (CSAC's) in North Carolina only.
Often times, we spend so much of our time and energy devoted to and caring for loved ones that we tend to neglect ourselves.
Not only are we facing maltreatment from ourselves, but in many cases, from our loved ones as well.
As a result we may find ourselves becoming resentful, burnt out, fatigued, overwhelmed, stressed, and even depressed or guilty.
Payment can be made by cash or credit cards.
Please note, if you are receiving online therapy, payment is only accepted via credit card, this will require that a credit card remain on file.
Electronic payment will be made via auto-pay meaning that services will be automatically billed the day of the scheduled appointment.
