Jenny and her husband opened NICMH in 2000 as a way to provide true wrap around services to the children and families in Bonner County.
Prior to opening NICMH, Jenny has been a Social Worker and therapist in Florida, Alaska and Washington.
She has worked with seniors, domestic violence victims and perpetrators and has advocated for children and their mental health needs her whole adult life.

Jill Hicks, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over eleven years of experience as a private practice counselor specializing in children and adolescents.
Jill has worked in a variety of settings, within the school system, residential setting, child protection setting, and agency setting.
Jill has experience in working with foster and adopted children and children with attachment needs.
Jill has extensive training in trauma and specifically she is an EMDR level II registered therapist, specializing in children who have experienced trauma.

Neal Davis, LCSW has worked for NICMH since 2002.
He is our Clinical Team Leader and works on training and supervision of all new therapist and interns.
Neal's past experience includes working at Eastern Idaho Regional Behavioral Health Center in Idaho Falls, ID for 18 years and the Juvenile Corrections Center in St. Anthony, ID for 6 years.
He has also worked for the State of Nevada's Rural Clinics program as an individual therapist.
Neal came to North Idaho to work at CEDU, Northwest Academy, in July of 2002.

Patricia LaMana, LCSW: Patricia "Trish" LaMana - Graduated with her Masters from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience.
She started out in camps working with kids with emotional and behavioral issues providing safe, structured settings and behavior modification skills as well as therapy for those who experienced trauma.
She also ran an assisted living home for adults leaving long term psychiatric hospitalizations that needed help adjusting and functioning in their community again.
