We are all dealing with life- whether it be daily struggles that may feel insurmountable or a life-changing event- but therapy can be a tool to help you transition through these hardships with the support you need.

Through cognitive behavioral therapy, I would love to show you how resilient you truly are. We are all yearning to be heard, to connect, and to heal. My philosohphy entails meeting the client where they are in life. I do this through implementing effective psychotherapy methods, such as Cognitive behavioral therapy as well as a few others to aid client in gaining self-understanding of who they are and what they need.

Then, I encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. Therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from both client and therapist.
