My name is Dr. Linda Foltz, and I'd like to help you work through your problems and come to a place of health, happiness and resolution. I have been a practicing psychotherapist with adults (including military), teenagers, children, couples and families since 1984. I'd like to help you explore the things that are keeping you from realizing your full potential.
I have had a great deal of success in helping individuals, couples and families grow to a place of wholeness and happiness. I view therapy as a team project - with me and my client or clients working together to help them heal. I utilize a variety of treatments, including cognitive behavior therapy (which targets your thoughts, which, in turn, helps change your emotions), client-centered therapy, and behavioral therapy.
I am a Christian, and will readily incorporate faith-based content in therapy, if it is so desired by my client. I participate in the therapy process a great deal, regularly giving "homework" assignments that relate to the issues we are working on at the time, and giving coaching and feedback as to how my clients are progressing.

Psychotherapy is a process by which people can gain insight into the decisions they have been making and make changes in their thinking and behavior that can improve their lives.
In psychotherapy, people discuss what is going on in their lives.
I look for patterns in their thinking that may be keeping them from realizing their full potential.
In discussing specific events and looking at the thought processes behind them, we can target specific areas that can be changed.
This process works well with individuals, couples and families.

Dr. Foltz is a very intelligent and caring professional.
She does her very best to help with whatever issues arise and takes her job seriously.
She taught me appropriate boundaries with those closest to me, helped me to resolve family conflicts, and gave me the tools to deal with unnecessary and destructive guilt.
With her guidance, I am in a peaceful place in my life.
I highly recommend her.
The next day I read an email that changed our lives.
My head was spinning, my body was numb, and my heart was shattered.

Coming from downtown Fayetteville (where SR 85 and SR 54 intersect), go west on 54 for 4 traffic lights.
Turn right onto Gingercake and make an immediate right onto Devant Street.
Turn left into the office complex and make a left.
My building is the second building in the left row.
When you come into Suite 901, go downstairs.
At the bottom of the stairs, turn left and in front of you is the waiting room.
If you cannot manage stairs, then park in the middle row of the complex, in front of the 600 building and walk on the walkway beside the building.
