We believe that no matter what the situation, there is always a way through, and we are here to help! Our goal at Woods Counseling Services is help people find meaningful, internal change in their lives. We often ask clients to "go deep" when exploring issues and circumstances to find the "root" of the problem or circumstances. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Lake Charles area, but also offer secure Telehealth sessions meaning you can have a session in the convenience of your home.

I've helped many walk through hard situations such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, sex & porn addiction, grief, suicidal ideations, divorce, abuse, neglect, infidelity, affair recovery, coping with stressful school situations, & much more. I currently specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma therapy, faith-based counseling, couples therapy, and sex & porn addiction therapy.

I am also the only Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) in Lake Charles and SWLA. It is possible to overcome these issues, and sometimes it's okay to ask for help!
