We understand how some things affect not only the individual but the family as a whole. We offer family therapy to address concerns and/or issues impacting the individual and/or family dynamics and functioning. We offer groups for teen girls and millennial women throughout the year. Group therapy is a chance to be around like-minded individuals. Our groups include but not limited to include mediation, self-esteem, parenting, substance abuse, depression, boundaries, and careers.
