TKC Turning Point, was established 18 years ago founded on the principle, to provide affordable professional substance abuse counseling for the greater Cleveland Ohio area. The professional staff under the direction of Terry Kelleman has made a difference, and changed many people's lives for the better.

Terry Kelleman, M.S., LICDC-CS is a state board and internationally licensed substance abuse counselor.
Terry has extensive experience in adolescent and adult substance abuse treatment.
His experience involves his work with chronic "hard addiction cases", relapse prevention, transitional and family care.
His experience with addiction counseling began over 35 years ago, with a personal knowledge of chemical dependency as an illness and firsthand experience in recovery which enables him to relate to people in their addiction regardless of age or background.
