I believe as a therapist I get the opportunity to see you as you truly are- the good, the complicated, the messy, and be able to sit with you in deep empathy and grace because I believe that we are all are imperfect and hotwired to struggle.
My hope is you no longer have to struggle alone, for me to hear your story and help shoulder the pain, making the therapeutic process a sacred place where you can be seen, heard, and validated.
I am a strong believer that everything we do makes sense in the context of our experiences and how they have impacted our personal identities and relationship with those around us.

I believe that the greatest strength and healing agent we have is connection: connection with God, with our significant other, with our children, our extended family, and our friends.
One of the best ways I have found to connect with people is through language, and the language of children is PLAY!
Children learn to play before they learn to speak.
Play is crucial in the development of children.
In my office, children and adults will experience a safe, homey, and fun environment where we can work on the tough issues.

I'm a 'straight shooter.
I believe that being straight forward with clients about their situation is the most effective approach in helping people.
I know that for truth to be healing and transformational it must be tempered with grace and compassion; much in the same way that God approaches each of us.
I work hard to offer this balance to my clients.
My two strongest areas of practice are couples work and men's issues.
Some couples come to me for help getting over a rough patch in a mostly good relationship, while others come to me with their marriage on the line.
