I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, and Board Certified Nationally by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).
I am also Certified as a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), as well as a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I am currently a few hours away from becoming a Certified EMDR Therapist.
I have extensive experience dealing with Adolescents, Adults, and Seniors, specializing in Women's Issues.
I offer individual, couples, family and group sessions.

Each group I will pick one method, explain what it is, then we will do exercises to help you gain insight and inspiration.
This group focuses on helping women help each other by being supportive as we cope through difficult life transitions.
This group offers individuals skills for managing stress employing the use of relaxation and hypnotherapy techniques.
EMDR therapy does not require talking in detail about the distressing issue.
In EMDR, rather than focusing on changing the emotions, thoughts, or behaviors resulting from the distressing issue, it allows the brain to resume its natural healing process.
EMDR is designed to activate this natural healing process in the brain through alternating eye movements, sounds, or taps.
Clinical Hypnotherapy involves entering a deep state of relaxation, similar to those few moments before you drift off to sleep, and then conducting specialized therapy.
