As a licensed clinical psychologist, and licensed professional counselor I provide therapeutic services to adolescents and adults. My approach focuses on self-exploration and transformation to empower clients to develop the tools and habits to live healthier and happier lives. Integrating a number of techniques, to include EMDR, CBT and ACT, we will discuss your thoughts and/or behaviors, explore why you respond to certain triggers, and help you understand ways to manage, decrease, or eliminate undesired responses.
At Serenity Foundation the sessions take place in a safe and confidential environment, allowing for open discussions to address issues normally too difficult to discuss with friends or family. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths, achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
