Since 1994, Parkhurst Associates has served our DC community - helping those who seek guidance on their mental wellness journeys. Our team recognizes the uniqueness of each person's journey, which is why we have dedicated ourselves to building a team of clinicians from many different backgrounds - a team that is representative of the communities we serve.

With expertise in a broad range of therapeutic techniques, our clinicians are well equipped to walk with you on your mental wellness journey. Our clinicians have experience working with individuals who present with a broad range of presenting problems, such as anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, family conflict, grief, identity development, life transitions, parenting, relationship issues, substance use, and trauma.

If you are ready to take the first step on your journey to mental wellness, we are ready to walk with you. We will walk at your pace and take the path best suited for you. This is your journey, but you do not need to make it alone.
