Discovering Balance
At Discovering Balance we have licensed professionals that will empathetically listen to your concerns, while providing skill based treatment and support. We offer therapeutic strategies to help you work toward achieving balance within your life. We provide counseling for school age children and adults.

Some of our areas of practice are anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, college students, young adults, ADHD assessment, treatment and consultation, intellectual disabilities, life transition, school related issues, emotional disturbance, impulse control concerns, social skills, grief/loss, parent child relationship concerns, self esteem, women's issues, caregiver stress, family counseling, and adjustment issues.At Discovering Balance we utilize an individualized approach to change.

We believe in meeting you where you are, while helping you utilize the strengths you possess to change. All of our therapists are licensed professionals that specialize in at least one of the following modalities: trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based-cognitive behavior therapy, positive psychology interventions or strengths based therapy.

Attending counseling sessions can help you to gain clarity on an issue, change unproductive behavior patterns, untangle complex personal emotions or embark on a journey of self-development.
