If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then individual therapy could be the solution you've been seeking.
Individual therapy differs from group or alternative therapy methods in the way that you are the sole focus of a single therapist who helps you develop and achieve your goals for therapy.
If you've been feeling hopeless or lost lately, or struggling with a problem in your life that feels unsurmountable, individual therapy could help you improve your everyday life.
Finding a good fit is a crucial step in finding a therapist for the teen in your life, or for yourself.
As therapists for tweens and teens (ages 8 and up), it is important that we can connect to our client's experience and "get it".
We use a combination of creative arts, DBT skills, talk therapy, EMDR, and other trauma and attachment-based therapies, as well as artistic expression, to connect with their worlds.
We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and open to all worldviews, working with the teen, and their family, based on their values and needs.
