I am a clinical psychologist practicing in West Hartford, CT. My psychotherapy orientation is a combination of insight oriented, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal approaches. I believe it is most important to meet my clients where they are at and to work with them collaboratively to help them achieve change in their life. My approach is a balance of listening empathically and actively encouraging clients to help them work through their struggles.

It can take time for the therapeutic relationship to feel comfortable and familiar.

My fee is $150 and I accept cash, check, credit card, or money order.
