Robinson Neuberger Joanna
It's painful feeling so exhausted and afraid every day, unsure how to find hope, joy, and passion about your future. You're feeling lonely and isolated, longing for peace. But instead, you feel overwhelmed, constantly questioning yourself. Deep in your heart, you know if you don't get support, you'll keep circling back through the same old questions.

You know that the same patterns will keep you feeling stuck-unless you do something differently. As a Jungian psychotherapist, I'm passionate about helping people move forward in life, love, or vocation, despite the overwhelming circumstances they face now or in the past. Life on this Earth is complex-but you don't have to be isolated in your pain and struggle.

Contact me today to begin your healing journey. In my various vocations-as therapist, mother, yoga student, pastor, daughter or friend-I've always believed that my role is to be compassionately present, even in the midst of suffering, struggle, and the beautiful but challenging complexity of being human.
Services
I have nearly 30 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, & families.
I've worked in a variety of settings, including a college campus (Pacific Lutheran University), social service agencies, hospitals, and churches.
Currently, I practice as a Jungian-oriented therapist through Soul Care Psychotherapy.
Soul Care is an affiliate of Pacific Pastoral Counseling Service.
I feel called to help people find meaning, purpose, grace, and creative expression for their deepest and truest self.
My main influences as a therapist come from the "depth models" of psychotherapy.
LifeForce Yoga for anxiety and depression is a treatment method that can help people learn to manage difficult mood symptoms.
LifeForce Yoga for anxiety and depression is used by a variety of practitioners, including psychotherapists, yoga therapists, yoga teachers, and others who work in the healing arts.
I am a Level 1 graduate of the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training process with Amy Weintraub, MFA, E-RYT 500.
I use LifeForce Yoga practices with many different clients for a variety of issues, integrating them into our regular talk therapy sessions as appropriate.
My fee for a regular, 55-minute session is $140 (or $150 for the initial intake session).
I reserve a portion of my practice for clients who cannot pay the full fee and/or don't have insurance.
Any fee adjustments for eligible clients are based upon total household income and other factors, as well as how many openings for adjusted fee clients I have at a given time.
I accept cash, checks, debit, and credit cards, as well as eligible Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account cards.
I ask that clients pay at each session.
These contain information about my philosophy of psychotherapy, my background, and policies for my practice.
You may print them if you want to keep a copy for your records.
Be sure to read and initial each paragraph of the "Receipt of Disclosure" and "Electronic Communication/Social Media Policy" forms, and sign and date each one.
If you have any questions about any of this information, please ask me during our first session.
I will leave them on a clipboard on the coffee table in the waiting room.
