Do you constantly feel like no one gets you? Or how you never seemed to fit in and were picked on because of how you look, act, and think? That loneliness feels crushing. You've probably felt ashamed of who you are. Maybe over the years, you've tried to be "normal" and realized your life feels empty and inauthentic. Or maybe you've resisted mainstream society, but it's left you socially isolated, depressed, anxious, perhaps even traumatized.

You are not alone. My goal as a counselor is to give you a space where you can share your story, feel supported, and most importantly be seen for who you are. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. You are the expert of your own life. Therapy is a collaborative and creative process.

Although I draw from approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative, and Existential therapy, we will choose what works best for you based on your unique experiences, relationships, culture, worldview, and intersecting identities.
