I help individuals by starting exactly where they are emotionally. They are the leaders and I am the follower which means we will work on whatever issue that is a priority to them. I specialize in helping couples find out what the source of their problems are so that they can have healthy resolution. I help couples to remember what they liked and loved about the person that they chose to be with.
Play therapy is for children ages 2 to preadolescent. For older ages it depends on the maturity of the child. Young children do not have the ability to sit down and talk about their about their feelings, their problems, or their worries. The language of children is play. Linda Arbaugh-Patin has her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and I am a Licensed Psychological Examiner.
