Palmetto Mental Health Counseling
Life isn't always easy. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Even the strongest people need a little bit of help to work through some of life's more challenging problems. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, or a recent or past trauma, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you. Here at Palmetto Mental Health Counseling, I realize that no two people are the same, and I tailor my therapy to meet your specific needs as an individual.

I love helping people understand the things that are holding them back with an in-depth approach. After recognizing underlying issues, clients can fully realize their strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, healthier way. My practice specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
Services
Seeking help can be difficult and finding the right therapist is key.
I believe that each client is unique and deserves individualized treatment.
I offer a safe and caring environment in which individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
My goal is to collaborate with clients and empower them to develop positive coping skills to alleviate mental health symptoms.
I have experience working with adults with alcohol and substance abuse issues.
I also treat clients with a variety of mental health and behavioral problems ranging from mood disorders, impulse control issues, sexual trauma, and PTSD.
Not at all.
People who ask for help know when they need it and have the courage to reach out.
Everyone needs help now and then.
In our work together, I'll help you explore and identify your strengths and how to implement them to reduce the influence of the problems you are facing.
The difference is between someone who can do something, and someone who has the training and experience to do that same thing professionally.
A mental health professional can help you approach your situation in a new way- teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself.
