If you're struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, overwhelm, or feelings of inadequacy, it's important that you know you don't have to do this alone. I have the passion and experience to help you reconnect with your values, help move you through your stuck points, and discover a more meaningful life. I'm a licensed therapist in Evanston, Illinois and I specialize in helping people manage their anxiety.

I utilize a holistic and strengths-based approach as well as cognitive behavioral therapies to address the whole person, as these techniques have helped myself and countless others and I'm confident they can help you, too.
My goal is to make therapy a safe space for you to authentically connect to yourself.
I provide individual therapy sessions with adults and young adults (21 years of age and older) who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and feelings of insecurity.
My clients are willing, motivated, and prepared to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Sessions consist of deep conversation, laughter, and sometimes tears.
I am an active therapist and often encourage clients to think about values and goals they would like to work toward in between sessions.
I offer homework to clients when relevant in the form of interesting articles, handouts, videos to watch, mindfulness/meditation, etc.

If I am an out of network provider or you do not have insurance, my rate is $150 for an intake session and $130 for subsequent therapy sessions.
Depending on your current health insurance provider, it's possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
