Personally-tailored treatment styles at InSight include an eclectic blend of psychodynamic, family systems, cognitive-behavioral, Maudsley approach, mindfulness, body image work, and nutrition-focused counseling using cognitive & behavioral restructuring.
Clients receive treatment through individual, family, couples and/or group therapy. We work closely with other psychiatric specialists in the community and have provided supervision & training for national & local Practitioners who treat Eating Disorders. InSight Counseling is excited to also offer specialty cognitive behavior therapy services for anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive spectrum conditions, and related conditions (e.g., depression).
