I don't know what you're going through, but I can imagine that if you have taken the time to search for help, you may be in a great deal of pain. As a counselor and therapist in Westminster, I help individuals and couples work through life issues of emotional aches and pains, so they can love themselves and enjoy each other again.

When people come into my office, oftentimes they don't know exactly how talking about their problems will help anything, but they have come anyway because they didn't know what else to do. Not knowing what else to do and having a courage to admit it is actually the first step to move forward-towards something different and better behavioral health.

Knowing that sometimes talking to friends and family members brings no avail, my hope is that us meeting can bring at least some clarity and sense of relief to your mind and spirit.
