Additional charges are incurred for Psychological, Psychoeducational and ADHD Evaluations by our neuropsychologist, Dr. Chock.
We only have one clinician, Dr. Stephen Chock, who is in-network with most major insurance networks for counseling sessions as well as psychological testing/evaluations.
