In short, I am a therapist for women. My background is in social justice and gender related topics, and I have worked in both corporate and non-profit settings.
Specializing in Women's Issues, I believe mental and physical health are directly related, which is why I not only incorporate healthy sleep, exercise and self-care practices into my approach, but also partner with other professionals in the field to provide holistic health care for each client. My approach is largely grounded in the belief that the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for safe and honest conversations.
I also feel passionate about equipping clients with tools and healthy coping strategies to navigate life outside of therapy. We will work closely on identifying a method that works well with your personality, goals and time-frame.
