Do you find that no matter what you do and how hard you try you are stuck in the same pattern of emotional response, such as having the same arguments over and over? Do you ever find yourself emotionally or verbally charged and feeling like you are out of control or overreacting? Do you notice yourself numbing or spacing out, feeling out of touch with the situation?
Have you found yourself avoiding things that remind you of something you wish you could forget? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then therapy maybe the help you have been seeking. Thank you for visiting my practice. My name is Tricia LeQuesne. I am a licensed counselor practicing psychotherapy in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. I also work with clients both domestically and internationally by phone and video conference.
Both my personal and professional experience enables me to offer effective, individualized care. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. As a practitioner, I believe in the importance of helping others create deep connections to themselves, to others, and to their physical environment.
