CPT is a 12 session, evidence based therapy program proven effective in the treatment of PTSD and other associated symptoms following a traumatic event. This program is effective in treating both military and civilian patients-including adolescents and adults-experiencing symptoms from recent as well as longer standing traumas.
In addition to Cognitive Processing Therapy, we continue to offer Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children and adolescents who have been affected by traumatic events, as well as their parents or caregivers.

She received her Doctorate in Psychology, with emphasis in the area of Clinical Psychology, from The Pennsylvania State University, and completed her clinical internship at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC.
She has an extensive history of providing psychological and counseling services to the families and residents of Cumberland and surrounding counties.
Dr. Rhodie's specialties include: mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, women's health concerns that impact overall mental health, challenges related to developmental stages and transitions-such as adolescent and young adult development and senior transitions, marriage and family counseling, and adult trauma related disorders.
