We help couples and families with their relationships. Do you and your partner struggle with positive communication, resolving problems effectively, intimacy, or a lack of trust? Do you find you are repeating the same arguments over and over? Do you want to find more joy in your relationship? Do you wish you and your partner were on the same page when it comes to parenting?

We can help you create the safe and positive relationship you are seeking. Or you could be looking for help with your children. If you and your family are dealing with the many challenges facing parents and children today, we are here to help. Maybe you wonder if you are too lenient or too strict as a parent, never sure what really works for your child, Embark Counseling counseling can help.

It could be that things have gotten more seriously out of control. You are worried your child, particularly your adolescent, is beyond your control and may be at risk of serious consequences such as legal involvement. He or she doesn't come home on time, refuses to go to school, uses substances or engages in other unsafe behaviors.

Together, Darcia DeSalvo and Diane Melancon have a combined 50 years of family counseling and marriage counseling experience.
Teen counseling is an important part of our practice.
As clinical directors of one of Colorado's premier agencies serving at risk youth, we have helped hundreds of families get back on track after experiencing the crisis of seriously out of control behaviors.
We find that while parents and couples work hard and are doing the best they can, sometimes challenges arise.
We want to support parents, teens, children and couples at those moments.
At this time we do not bill other private insurance providers directly, but we can assist you in using your out-of-network benefit.
We can, however, bill services through Employee Assistance Programs, Please ask your Human Resources department about availability of this great benefit.
We can accept EAP clients through Mines and Associates, Health Advocates, and others.
