Star Meadow Counseling
We believe that everyone has the potential to grow. We strive to provide our counseling clients with abundant support along with tools for making (and maintaining) significant life changes. Because of this, our clients tend to experience a positive difference in their moods, work or school lives, and relationships. We provide counseling for variety of life issues, from relationship problems, to loneliness and isolation, to anger management, to career or educational issues.

It's our goal not to just help the client overcome immediate pain but also to empower them to live a fulfilling life. Our supportive counselors use research-proven approaches, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. She is well-versed in trauma-informed therapeutic approaches designed to help clients increase emotion regulation, externalize and alter negative self-talk, uncover and process core belies about self, and build an understanding of the relationship between one's history and how they navigate the world in the present moment.
Ericka strives to put clients at ease with her warm, casual, down-to-earth style.
Clients with panic attacks, worries, and social anxiety will especially feel at peace.
For many years, Ericka has provided therapy to adults and teens in individual and group settings.
She loves to watch people grow and heal in their relationships.
