Each provider is an independent contractor and sole proprietor of their own individual practice. Therefore, all transactions are strictly between therapist and client.
Services
Catherine Stoehr is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified eating disorder specialist.
Stoehr earned her Masters of Arts in mental health counseling at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in 1997.
She completed her post-graduate curriculum for an eating disorder specialty in 2000.also at Rollins.
Since 2001 she has been in private practice in Maitland, Florida.
Her client profile covers a wide spectrum from those experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and DID to resolution of severe trauma (both childhood and adult) and eating disorders.
Lauren Sparer is a Certified EMDR therapist who is dual licensed as a Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist.
She has been serving the Central Florida community since 2011.
Through her use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other treatment methods, Lauren helps clients overcome life's challenges and transitions.
Lauren has experience working with a diverse population which includes adolescents, adults, couples and families who are coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, marital issues and life transitions.
Marnie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Certified EMDR Therapist.
She graduated with honors from Rollins College with a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling.
She is an EMDR Consultant in training and has also completed specialized training in Brainspotting, Mindfulness and Feeling State Addiction Protocol.
Marnie is the Past President of the Central Florida iaedp Chapter and is an EDNCF board member, assisting with the planning and coordinating of our annual Orlando NEDA Walk.
Pam's role as a therapist is to help her clients, who are in a major life transition or crisis, find peace and clarity.
She has over 20 years of experience with helping a variety of individuals heal, learn about themselves, and change.
Pam has specialized in complicated and traumatic grief, life transitions, women's issues, solutions in depression, care-giving stress, victims of crime and eating disorders.
In addition to her work at Personal Solutions in Counseling, where she meets with individuals, couples and families, she is also the primary therapist for Bereaved Survivors of Homicide and serves on the CISM team with the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Sarah McLeod is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern.
She earned a Master's in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and graduated with honors from Stetson University in 2018.
In 2017, Sarah retired after teaching public high school English for 30 years and holds an active Florida teaching certificate.
In 1996, she earned a Master's in Liberal Studies from Rollins College.
She holds a B.A. in English from Stetson University.
Sarah completed her Practicum and Internships at The Good Samaritan Clinic in DeLand and Halifax Health-Hospice in Volusia County, respectively.
