For over twenty-five years, I have successfully provided mental health services to a widely diverse clientele. I offer a variety of treatment modalities to provide effective therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. In my therapy sessions, my non-judgmental and caring approach provides a safe environment for my clients to begin the healing journey.
I believe now more than ever that my life purpose is to empower individuals to forgive and let go of their past hurts and pain to achieve life balance, peace of mind, and joy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice. I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hampton University in Virginia and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Prior to opening my private practice, I provided mental health services in various settings (non-profit, community-based, and school-based.) I also served as a Consultant to Wake County Human Services for the assessment of AD/HD in school-age children.
