Services
Therapy involves creating a warm and trusting relationship with a professional where you work on goals that are important to you.
People seek out therapy for many different reasons.
Therapy can help you work through internal problems like improving your mood, reducing anxiety, stopping unhelpful habits, or working through difficult thoughts and emotions.
Therapy can also help you learn to cope with difficult situations such as working through the loss of a loved one or navigating difficult relationships, career issues, and family issues.
If your insurance company is not listed above, you may be able to see me out-of-network.
If you see me as an out-of-network provider, I will provide you with an invoice called a "super bill" that has all of the information you will need to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company for our sessions.
What is the deductible I have to meet before coverage to an out-of-network psychologist begins?
Do I need pre-authorization or a referral from my primary care provider to see a psychologist?
Unforeseen circumstances may cause you to miss a scheduled session.
I would be happy to answer any questions you have about my approach to therapy.
I offer free telephone consultations to potential clients prior to scheduling an initial session.
Please call me at 410-995-8219 for your free consultation.
I typically respond to inquiries from new clients within 2 business days.
