I hope that you will find your time productive and your visit helps you make the important decision to pursue counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas I am committed to providing my clients with insight into their behavior and emotional patterns and, if necessary, develop new, healthy coping skills and boundaries. I provide faith based counseling for individual women, marriage and relationships, and teenagers ages 15 to 19.

I have a special heart for women's issues including separation and/or divorce, abuse/trauma experiences and PTSD. Many times I find counseling teenagers, leads to family counseling because parents are a vital part of their children's emotional health. I do not provide individual counseling for male clients except in relation to marriage or relationship counseling.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from HBU and a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from TSU. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern Supervisor. Morning Light Counseling is in network with most insurance companies except UHC, Medicaid and Medicare.
