I help people who feel "stuck" or who feel like they are having trouble connecting with important people in their lives. Life can be confusing and it can be hard to put into words what you are feeling on the inside or to even let yourself feel at all.

Together, I will help you learn how to start putting yourself first and to take control of your emotions. I will help you end your emotional suffering! If you plan to use insurance, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthChoice, Aetna and Healthcare Highways. I have had the opportunity to work in both outpatient and agency settings with a diverse clientele.

I also have experience counseling youth in a homeless shelter where I was able to learn the importance of trust, compassion, and understanding in a counseling relationship. My empathy for others and passionate personality is what led me to pursue counseling.
