I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from Arizona State University and my Master of Arts in Counseling from University of Phoenix.
I earned my Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Behavioral Health Counseling from Ottawa University.
I am licensed by the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
My therapy approach is a non-judgmental eclectic blend, including (but not limited to) compassionate, cognitive behavioral and solution focused counseling.
