Indigo Counseling

I have over 20 years of social work practice and experience working within government agencies, non- profit organizations, and in a private practice setting. I have a master's degree in Social Work and I am professionally licensed by the Florida Department of Health and the North Carolina Social Work Certification Board to provide outpatient psychotherapy services.

I provide counseling services to individuals, couples and families that are designed to address your specific needs and accomplish your goals in an empowering and supportive environment. Counseling can be difficult. We will work together to address issues, thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be challenging. There will be many lessons learned on this inward journey.

I have extensive knowledge and expertise working with children and adults who have experienced trauma. Other areas of focus include anxiety, phobias, depression, mood disorders, grief & loss, adolescent issues, and adjustment disorders.
