My name is Nubia Anacius (In-short). I have been an activist and advocate for youth and young adults for over 2 decades. I am proactive with making a productive and positive change as an experienced therapeutic foster parent & care- taker of youth and young adults in the past 20 years. Dragonfly23 provides safety, structure & support that youth & young adult's with the age range of 10-23 need to grow and thrive.
DF23 want to ensure that youth have a happy & fulfilled life through rendered services. Community members are self-sufficient, independent, and responsible productive citizens. Our mission is to provide the tools, resources, and support to ensure that every person who receives our services are able to live a life of their highest potential. Every person should have access to the tools and resources needed to reach their full potential.
