Online Therapy is offered using a HIPPA compliant video platform with a licensed trained clinician. This service is convenient for students, working professionals and individuals desiring therapy in the comfort of their home. Individual counseling is a session between an individual and a licensed professional counselor. Also known as psychotherapy.

Attending sessions aid couples in resolving problems related to intimacy, disconnection, and communication. Therapy is a tool commonly viewed only necessary to treat a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and grief. Therapy, however, can also be beneficial before the onset of major conditions, which is why the expectations from therapy will vary based on the personal goals a client wishes to achieve.

Therapy sessions vary from person to person depending on treatment goals and when the treatment goals are met. Weekly sessions are recommended, however may decrease to biweekly or monthly as therapy persist. During your first session, your therapist will sign and review your therapy intake forms.
