I have been providing both mental health and addictions treatment (including eating disorders) for the past 23 years.
Through my experience, I have learned that for people to live their best lives, they need to have balance in all areas of their lives.
In my practice, I encourage people to make their needs a priority so that they can live happier and more balanced lives.
This may also include addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship/couples issues, work issues, grief / loss and addictions.

She earned her Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 1999 and has been in the counseling field since.
After practicing in Illinois for over eighteen years she moved to Florida, where she now continues to practice.
She is licensed in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and in the state of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Teresa's experience consists of individual, family, and couples/marital counseling with children, adolescents, and adults.
