Services
The Naperville Counseling Center is a team of professionals that work with all age groups.
The team is eclectic and they all have their individual specialties ranging from play therapy, sports consultation, domestic violence, divorce, self harm, substance abuse and dependence, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, etc.
We offer powerful and unique interventions that foster empowerment, knowledge, and inspiration, ultimately bringing positive change to your life.
We take an holistic approach, taking into account the individual's psychological, physical, biological and social needs.
Individual psychotherapy consists of a client working one-on-one with their therapist / psychologist in a confidential, safe, and comfortable environment.
Couple and family counseling is a form of psychotherapy in which a family or a couple go to counseling to resolve conflict and/or improve communication within the unit.
The counseling can be short term or long term depending on the goals of the family or couple.
Group counseling is a form of therapy that is placed in a setting where you will work with others struggling with similar experiences or issues.
Brittany views herself as a guide, walking alongside her clients to help them discover their own inner strength so they can overcome challenges they may be facing.
Her laid back demeanor and calming presence provides a safe space so her clients can feel empowered without judgement.
Brittany believes in the importance of building a strong relationship with each client in efforts to build trust, gain self-awareness, and ultimately create positive change.
She also believes there is healing in laughter and utilizes humor in her approach.
Talvir's professional interests and clinical experience focus on working with children, adolescents, families, and adults struggling with substance abuse, relationship issues, work-life balance, stress, anxiety, depression, mood management, cultural identity issues, life transitions, and self-esteem.
Talvir is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University.
She uses an integrative approach that includes: strengths-based, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and behavioral interventions to assist her clients develop a stronger and more positive self-concept.
Brooke is dedicated to helping her clients deal with the ups and downs of life and provides support and encouragement as they work on their mental health.
Coming from a forensic background, Brooke has experience working with intense areas of need and support.
Some of her professional interests include sexual health, sexual deviance, trauma, anxiety, mood regulation, life transitions, and crisis management.
