I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Originally from New York, I have been licensed since 2011. I also enjoy supervising therapists who are striving to achieve licensure. I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues & overall well-being.
For over a decade, I have developed a passion for being present with people in their journey toward healing. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful tools for change to take place. Each person is unique. We will work closely together to uncover what it is that works best for you in reaching your goals. Therapy focuses on moving clients who feel stuck or who are not experiencing life to the fullest, toward a more meaningful relationship with self and others.
Clients are guided to reconnect with themselves while in a safe and supportive environment. We will take a look at possible unresolved issues from the past and what is going on underneath the surface of the current symptoms bringing each individual client to counseling.
